Our clinical review process
We develop intake questions, treatment guidelines, and follow-up protocols with input from advisors, specialists, and members of an independent Quality & Safety Advisory Council.
An independent licensed provider reviews every customer intake, evaluates whether treatment is appropriate, and issues a prescription only when needed.
Provider network and care model
Care on our platform is delivered primarily through secure, asynchronous messaging between customers and licensed providers. The telehealth model allows customers to communicate with providers without needing a scheduled live visit.
We connect customers to a network of licensed providers across the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia.
Safety and quality infrastructure
To protect our customers and infrastructure, we operate a 24/7 care team that responds to medical questions, directs urgent medical concerns to on-call providers, and separates clinical data from marketing programs.
Our safety infrastructure also includes provider vetting, ongoing encounter review, pharmacy oversight guided by a public compounding framework built on cGMP and USP standards, and supply-chain control.
